Stanley Park named \u2018world\u2019s best landmark and park in the world\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On June 18th, 2014 Stanley Park was named \u2018world’s best park\u00a0in the world<\/a>\u2019 by TripAdvisor.<\/p>\n

Stanley Park is one of the most popular attractions in Vancouver for both tourists and local residents, drawing an estimated eight million visitors every year. The park has a long history and was one of the first areas to be explored in the city.<\/p>\n

Unlike other urban parks created by landscape architects, Stanley Park is a 400-hectare natural West Coast rainforest. It offers many attractions including the Vancouver Aquarium, Beaver Lake, Miniature Railway, 9 O\u2019clock Gun, Brockton Point & Lighthouse, Klahowya Village, Totem Poles and Vancouver Rowing Club. The park also features kilometres of trails and beaches, scenic views, majestic trees, and children’s play areas.<\/p>\n
