From the first day I started to go to Pattison High School, I felt very welcomed. The students are very co-operative and communicative. Also, the faculty are very respectful of their students and they are willing to lend a helping hand when students are in need. The interaction between the students and teachers has made the students more diligent with their work. I strongly believe that Pattison is a perfect high school for people who want to succeed and reach their full potential that will help them grasp their future goals.

I came to Pattison almost one year ago. I have found more than I had bargained for. The teachers are all extremely dedicated, yet seem almost tireless, despite their endless eorts to help us improve. Here at Pattison, I nd myself in a safe, warm and comfortable atmosphere. Sta, teachers and my peers are wonderful and welcoming. Pattison is like a second family

Attending Pattison High School has been a great experience because I have learned many things, not only from my subjects, but from the students of many cultural backgrounds. The small class sizes help me learn better because the teachers give each one of us individual attention. The teachers and the sta are friendly. They create a good atmosphere for learning and are always there when I need them.

When I came to Vancouver, I did not know English. I had ”fear” to buy anything or to talk with anyone in English. But one week after I started studying at PHS, I lost my ”fear”. I began trying to talk using a few words and miming (that was really funny). Four months later, I learned English with great teachers such as Mr. Sherwood and Ms. Nora. At PHS, I made many friends from dierent countries. I learned about many cultures and their customs. There, I made my own conclusions using critical thinking skills.

Pattison oers the correct atmosphere and community in order to have a successful high school career. The teachers will help you in any way they can. The students at this school are very nice and warm. I made new friends easily. The support I have received from this school is great. I am very grateful for what this school has given to me.
